Elastex
A system specifically designed for the long term waterproofing and protection of balcony areas. EBS is a moisture activated, low VOC polyurethane coating system that is easily cleaned and offers excellent UV resistance.
The high elasticity of Elastex easily accommodates normal surface movement and it is resistant to occasional foot traffic and UV degradation. For medium traffic balcony areas, the EBS system is available.
Since the old roof doesn’t have to be stripped, there is little disruption and works can be completed quickly. Elastex rapidly becomes weather resistant, even in inclement weather.
White aluminium oxide grits are incorporated into the system to provide slip resistance and surface wear protection. Available in a choice of colours, EBS bonds well to all existing substrates forming a tough and highly durable, seamless membrane.
Suitable for occasional light and medium traffic and ponded areas.
